Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the a6c platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all provisions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using the a6c platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

To use a6c's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Be a Malaysian resident or citizen who is legally eligible to use online entertainment services.
  • Not listed on any recognised self-exclusion or gambling prohibition programme.
  • Registering only one account per individual — multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.

A6c reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to meet the above requirements without prior notice.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any existing balance.

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. This includes:

  • Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
  • Ensuring you log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared device.
  • Notifying a6c immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Not transferring, selling, or granting account access to any other party under any circumstances.

A6c shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to secure their own account. All activity conducted under your login credentials is considered your own, and you bear full responsibility for it.

3. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct

All a6c platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out below. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination without refund:

  • Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any non-manual method to access or operate the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt a6c's systems or servers.
  • Using the account for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
  • Registering using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.
  • Abusing the bonus or promotions system through dishonest means.

A6c employs a continuous monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Any breach of these rules will be reported to the relevant authorities where necessary, and a6c reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

4. Payment Information, Transactions and Currency

All financial transactions on the a6c platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required — the amounts you see are the exact MYR figures that will be charged to or paid out to you.

Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, FPX online banking, and local bank transfers. Deposits are typically processed within two to sixty minutes depending on the method selected. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are clearly displayed in the Wallet section of your account.

The following applies to the withdrawal of winnings:

  • Withdrawals may only be processed to an account registered in the same name as the account holder.
  • A6c reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.
  • Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the method and amount involved.
  • A6c is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment providers.

In the event of any dispute relating to a transaction, users are required to submit a complaint within forty-eight hours of the transaction date. a6c will investigate each complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The a6c platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a6c makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. a6c shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the a6c platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code, is the exclusive intellectual property of a6c or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent from a6c.

Third-Party Links and Services

The a6c platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. a6c is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Account Suspension & Closure

A6c reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, at the request of legal authorities, or where continued use of the account is deemed high-risk. Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a written request to the a6c support team. Valid account balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to the relevant security checks.

Changes to These Terms

A6c reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via in-platform announcements or email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration or a competent court in Malaysia.
